
A man achieved stunning results after performing the 'One Punch Man' workout challenge for 100 days.
A YouTuber has gained notoriety online for his '100 Day Projects' - which ranges from creativity to fitness.
In one on his uploads, he performed the 'One Punch Man' workout for 100 days and documented his progress in a fascinating insight.
The 'One Punch Man' workout derives from the main character of an anime show and the character becomes a superhero after following a workout plan, which includes 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and a 10km run.

The YouTuber began the challenge by training three days a week before slowly increasing the workload.
For his fitness journey, he had a low carb, high protein diet, with additional protein and creatine.
He weighed 193lbs at 26.3 per cent body fat at the start of the challenge.
Day 1
He began his challenge with mobility exercises to reduce the chances of injury before doing the 'One Punch Man' workout.

With it being the first day, he started with a 5km run, which turned out to be the 'hardest part' of the workout.
In the video, he says: "First day so far. Quite okay. I know it's not perfect, but I will try to improve along the way."
Day 10
The challenge is still three days a week at 6km and 60 reps.

"My body is feeling quite alright," he said. "It's getting more energetic, but it also tells me... be careful, don't hurt yourself. Get enough rest and stick to your diet."

Day 20
The YouTuber liked the progress he saw, revealing: "We're making good progress. The diet is going alright. The training, especially the reps, getting easier."
Day 29
After four weeks, the YouTuber ran into a problem when he suffered an injury in his lower left leg.

He visited a doctor and was diagnosed with shin splint syndrome. He was advised to take a break but for the purpose of the challenge, he was reluctant to stop his workouts. Instead, he purchased a pair of new shoes before resuming his challenge.
Day 36
The first day of 10km and 100 reps before increasing his workouts to four days a week.
Day 57
In his update after the halfway mark, he revealed he had lost 13lbs, underling the progression.

"I'm pretty much doing okay," he said. "Already lost 6 kilos (13lbs). So, the progression is definitely there."
It was also the first day of the week, which meant he upped his workouts to four days a week before working his way up to seven days a week.
Day 77
Day 77 marked the final free day before what he describes as 'three weeks of absolute destruction', which means full workout intensity.
"I'm still progressing in terms of weight and body fat," he said, providing an update on his physique.
Day 100
The YouTuber revealed his results in the shape of a time lapse of his front and back, revealing a remarkable body transformation.

He not only lost weight but gained definition in the chest and arms, sculpting his muscles in the process.
He lost an impressive 28lbs, with a new weight of 163lbs at 18.4 per cent body fat.
On his challenge, he said: "I think it's honestly surprising what a simple workout like this paired with a right diet can achieve."
