Angry Ginge Reveals 'Really Bad' Incident That Wasn't Shown on I'm A Celeb

Footage of the medical emergency was not shown on TV.

Angry Ginge has revealed that one of his I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here co-stars received urgent medical treatment in an incident that was not broadcast to viewers of the ITV show.

The popular YouTube personality and Twitch streamer, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, was crowned King of the Jungle in this month's final, receiving a hefty 65 per cent of the public vote.

Since winning the show, the 24-year-old has certainly been busy. He returned to coach Salford-based side Winton Wanderers under-18s, a team he affectionately renamed Winton Yanited.

He has also been live-streaming with I'm A Celebrity campmate Lisa Riley, or as Ginge calls her, his "jungle mum".

They both admitted that they were each other's "comfort blanket" throughout their time in the Australian jungle, with Ginge adding: "Without you and Ruby, I would have struggled even more."

The pair also spoke about an unaired incident involving rapper Aitch, who almost collapsed on the show due to being dehydrated.

During the live stream on Twitch, Ginge said: "There was a day where Aitch nearly…"

Lisa, who finished fifth on the show following a double eviction alongside Jack Osbourne, interrupted her fellow campmate and said: "Yeah, he was. Yeah, yeah. And he had to get a hydration pack."

Ginge explained that they all started feeling weak due to a lack of nutrients from the rice and beans they ate.

"So there was a day that I don’t think got shown," he added. "Aitch was really, really, like, he’d try stand up [before getting lightheaded]. One thing that keeps happening to me."

Ginge also admitted he struggled with feeling dizzy while he was on the show. "As soon as you stand up, you got so light headed. It’s unbelievable," he added. "From lack of salts, lack of sugar, lack of food, lack of water. So light-headed, it’s unbelievable."

He said co-stars Jack Osborne and Martin Kemp also struggled with the same issue, but it was Aitch who was impacted most, with medics having to be rushed in after it appeared the rapper was about to collapse.

"The amount of times I probably nearly collapsed was uncountable," said Ginge. "And there was one day it kept happening to Aitch. His legs felt like jelly. Really bad." Lisa added: "His hydration plummets."

Ginge tipped to make a fortune after I'm a Celeb win

Raised by his mum and nan on a council estate in Salford, Ginge's story is an inspirational one.

He was reportedly paid £100,000 for his appearance on I'm a Celebrity and has since been tipped to make millions off the back of winning the show, with personal endorsements expected to skyrocket.

Set for a book deal and predicted to appear on comedy panel shows, PR expert Lynn Carratt believes that brands will flock to Ginge to capitalise on his soaring popularity.

"Money-wise? Watch this space. He’s already partnered with Puma and JD Sports, but if he lands Adidas, Nike, or Umbro - hello, £3 million-plus in a year," she told The Sun.

"Beyond that, gaming tech, streetwear brands like Boohoo Man, lifestyle collabs like Red Bull or even Pepsi and Coca-Cola make perfect sense. Festival sponsorships and experience brands are also totally in his lane."
