Turning Point USA announced that it would not be able to stream The All-American Halftime Show on social media platform X, just hours before the show was expected to air.
Ahead of Sunday's SuperBowl clash between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots, nonprofit organisation Turning Point USA confirmed it would create a "unique, patriotic event proudly celebrating American culture, freedom, and faith."
The show, which was seen by many as a direct protest to the NFL’s halftime performer and Donald Trump critic Bad Bunny, featured a line-up that included artists such as Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert and Lee Brice.
“The All-American Halftime Show is an opportunity for all Americans to enjoy a halftime show with no agenda other than to celebrate faith, family, and freedom,” TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet said in a recent statement.

"We set out to provide an entertainment option that will be fun, excellent, and exciting for the entire family while millions are gathered together for the big game."
Kolvet added: "These performers will deliver exactly that, and we can’t wait to watch the incredible show they’re about to put on. We know millions around the country will be watching too.”
In total, the All-American Halftime Show stream drew over 6 million concurrent views on YouTube, but the organisation would have expected more viewers had it been broadcast on social media platform X, formerly Twitter.
Just hours before the event, Turning Point USA announced that they were unable to stream The All-American Halftime Show on X because of licensing complications.
They wrote on X: "UPDATE: Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to stream The All-American Halftime Show on X. Head on over to our YouTube channel tonight around 8PM ET to watch the full show."
Donald Trump gives his take on SuperBowl halftime show featuring Bad Bunny
Shortly after Bad Bunny finished his set at Levi's Stadium, US President Trump made his feelings clear on Truth Social.
"The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence," he wrote.
"Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World."
Trump added: "This 'Show' is just a 'slap in the face' to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day - including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History! There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD - And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP."

Last week, Trump suggested the halftime show headliner was one of the reasons he was staying away from Super Bowl LX.
"I’m anti-them. I think it’s a terrible choice. All it does is sow hatred. Terrible," he said of Bad Bunny and Green Day, who opened the event.
Bad Bunny and Green Day have been outspoken against the Trump administration’s anti-immigration crackdown.
