Dana White has shown off his remarkable six-year body transformation after being told he had '10 years to live'.

The now-UFC CEO has undergone a drastic body transformation after enlisting the help of health analyst Gary Brecka.

He was given just '10 years to live' as the 54-year-old made some serious changes to his lifestyle.

And he's reaping the rewards, with the UFC boss cutting a shredded physique having lost a staggering amount of weight.

Taking to social media, White posted side-by-side pictures of himself from 2017 and 2023, revealing his incredible transformation.

"Left is March 17th 2017. Right is September 18th 2023," he wrote on Instagram. "F****N' NUTS!!!"

Speaking on The Action Junkeez Podcast, White recalled his meeting with Brecka after undergoing a series of blood tests.

"I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA," he explained. "The following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back. So he calls me [and says] I'm going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work.

"He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work. I'm all f***ed up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live.

"This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me 'If you don't change these things this is your life expectancy'. He told me everything that was wrong with me; s**t I hadn't even told my wife."
