Only five players in the history of golf are believed to have ever hit a hole-in-one on a par five - something that not even the legendary Tiger Woods managed.
The odds of making a hole in one are around 12,500 to 1, while professional golfers may hope to achieve one in every 2,500 attempts.
Woods hit 20 during his career, although only three came during the PGA Tour, while Rory McIlroy has made two himself.
Normally, holes-in-one happen on par three holes, as they are the shortest on a golf course.

Occasionally, there are holes-in-one on par fours, but there have only been seven in history, with Andrew Magee the only man to hit one while playing on the PGA Tour.
However, the rarest of all is a hole-in-one on a par five, with only five golfers ever making the shot - most recently in 2000, according to liveabout.com.

Only two of those aces came on a straight course.
Dick Hogan made his in 1973, acing a 456-yard hole.
Hogan, who was a scratch golfer playing for North Carolina State, later told a newspaper that he was never convinced someone had not played a prank on him.
In 2002, Mike Crean achieved the feat on a 517-yard par five.
Although nobody actually saw the ball roll into the hole, by the time they reached the green, the ball was in the hole, and it has since been recognised by the US Golf Register.
However, most holes-in-one on par fives have come on courses with severe doglegs, as it is virtually impossible to hit a 500-yard drive straight.

When golfers are willing to attempt risky shots, such as clearing trees or cutting corners, the reward can be huge.
Larry Bruce found that out in 1962, when he hit the ball over a section of pine trees.
Although the hole was 480 yards if played properly, Bruce's risk paid off with an ace.
Shaun Lynch hit an ace on a 496-yard hole in 1995, successfully clearing a 20-foot high hedge before the downslope carried his ball in.
And Jack Bartlett became the most recent golfer to achieve the feat in 2007.
His shot came in Australia on a hole that measured 511 yards around the dogleg, which Bartlett cut.
Hitting a hole-in-one on a par five, known as a condor, is one of the hardest shots in golf.
It has only been achieved five times in history, with three of those coming on dogleg or horseshoe-shaped holes, which reduce the yardage for the player.
