A clip from Cristiano Ronaldo's meeting with Donald Trump at the White House has gone viral online.
On Tuesday night, US President Trump hosted a black-tie dinner inside the famous White House, welcoming Saudi crown prince Prince Mohammad bin Salman to the American capital.
Several other guests also attended the dinner, including Tesla owner Elon Musk and football legend Ronaldo, who currently plays for Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr.
The visit marks one of the first times that Ronaldo has been known to visit the USA since 2016, but it remains unclear if the former Manchester United and Real Madrid was a part of bin Salman's official delegation.

And after footage of his trip to the White House emerged online, football fans have noticed one 'fascinating' detail about Ronaldo's behaviour.

Although the purpose of the White House dinner was for Trump to build closer ties with Saudi Arabia and its leadership, he took time during his speech to welcome Ronaldo and reveal that his son, Barron, was a big fan.
Turning to the Portuguese star, Trump told his guests: "My son is a big fan of Ronaldo.
"And Barron (Trump) got to meet him, and I think he respects his father a little bit more now, just the fact that I introduced you."
But before the President directly addressed Ronaldo, a clip posted on social media showed that the 40-year-old was enjoying a relatively quiet evening, despite the fact that he is one of the most famous faces in sport.
Sharing the clip on social media platform X, one fan wrote: "Somehow a really fascinating clip. It’s probably the first time you see Ronaldo in a room full of people and not being the center of attention.
"No one has their phone in his face, no one is shouting or staring at him. He’s just walking around like a completely normal person. I bet he enjoyed that as well for once."
While one suggested: "They all probably came up to him after."
Ronaldo's visit to the White House comes amid reports that the Portuguese and US national teams will play a friendly match in Atlanta in March 2026, in order to prepare for World Cup, which will be hosted across North America that summer.
If the match is confirmed, and Ronaldo is involved, it will be his first match in the US since 2014.
