The rules surrounding a Fantasy Premier League 'exploit' letting managers own more than three players from one club have been explained.
With around £3.5billion spent by Premier League clubs during the transfer window, it's not hard to imagine the chaos this summer caused in FPL (Fantasy Premier League).
Players moving from one Premier League side to another allowed FPL managers to cleverly get past the game's limit of three players per club, leaving some wondering what happens when you have four or more from the same side sitting in your team?

The downside to the viral FPL 'exploit' letting managers have four Man City players
As per the official rules, FPL can only select three players from the same club, with the game preventing any transfers that breach that limit.

But, the timing of certain deals this summer allowed managers to bring in players as if they were still playing for their previous clubs, and they'd later be swapped over to their new clubs.
For example, ahead of the Gameweek 3 deadline, some managers cleverly brought in Enzo Fernandez when he was still listed as a Chelsea player or Iliman Ndiaye while he was still at Everton.
This meant that for the 1-0 win over Coventry City, some FPL managers were able to boast as many as FIVE players who started Man City's home game against the newly-promoted side.
But, while this exploit of the rules seems like a good idea in principle, there's one major downside as it stops you from making any more transfers for the rest of the season while the extra players are in your squad.
Essentially, if you are one of the managers who brought in Fernandez or Ndiaye before their were registered as City players in FPL, you will have to use transfers remove enough Man City assets from your teams until you once again meet the limit of three players before making any other changes.
The same issue will apply to any managers who decided to bring in former Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa ahead of his move to Arsenal, making him arguably the best pick in the entire game.
At 4.4m, Konsa is a no-brainer way to get into the best defence in the Premier League, but those managers who brought him in early will have to abide by the same rules as those making early moves for City's new players, if they, like many, already owned Arsenal players.

Who are the best players to transfer in for FPL Gameweek four?
Once managers have their teams sorted out and back within the three player per club limits, they will of course be wondering which players they should target with their newly-gained transfer freedom.
For the upcoming Gameweek four, there's no doubt which team will be the most targeted by FPL managers as Xabi Alonso's in-form Chelsea side face newly-promoted Hull City.
Both Joao Pedro (FWD, £7.7m) and Cole Palmer (MID, £9.6m) are likely to be the most transferred-in players ahead of the Gameweek four deadline, with both men starting the season in fine form.
Across Chelsea's opening two fixtures, Pedro has scored 20 FPL points with two goals, two assists and four bonus points, brought slightly down by an own goal in Gameweek two.
Meanwhile Palmer has also scored 20 points with two goals, an assist and three bonus points.
Following his brace against Ipswich Town in Gameweek three, Liverpool striker Alexander Isak is also likely to be a player brought into many teams ahead of an home game against Fulham at Anfield.
