The 2014 World Cup winner once again grabbed headlines when he appeared to sniff his fingers while in the dugout for Germany's 1-0 defeat to France at Euro 2020.

Speaking after the scratch and sniff incident in 2016, Low apologised for his actions and claimed he would "try to behave differently in the future."

He explained: "I saw the pictures as well and obviously sometimes you do things subconsciously. It happened and I am sorry.

"It was adrenaline and concentration. I will try to behave differently in the future."
