Manchester United will submit one final offer to Borussia Dortmund for superstar forward Jadon Sancho.

Sancho remains United's No.1 transfer target with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer desperate to land the England international this summer.

But time is running out for The Red Devils with deadline day fast approaching.

Though United are reportedly set to table a 'take-it-or-leave-it' offer for Sancho next week.

According to Mirror Sport, United will make a final bid of £90 million in an attempt to lure him away from Germany.

The sum will be comprised of £75 million up front with a further £15 million in add-ons.

United executive vice chairman Ed Woodward will also tell Dortmund chiefs there will be no negotiating over the fee or structure of the deal.

Dortmund have previously demanded a fee of £108 million with the Bundesliga outfit setting a deadline of August 10.

However, the Premier League giants will continue their pursuit of Sancho.

United have only made one major signing this summer in the shape of Donny van de Beek who arrived at Old Trafford in a transfer worth £35 million.

And legendary forward Andy Cole believes his former side should opt out of bringing Sancho back to Manchester.

He feels the money is better spent on other areas of the squad

"Putting Jadon Sancho in that Man United team would not mean they win the league this season, far from it," Cole told TEAMtalk.

"He is a talented kid, really talented, but he will not change everything for United.

"If you don't get Sancho and you move on to someone else. You might sign someone who could achieve more than Sancho in the long run.

"Sometimes we get caught up in big names. But the one underneath is just as good even if he has got less of a name.

"Bringing in two or three players with that money might be a more sensible route."
