Viral footage of Jadon Sancho's performance vs Atletico Madrid has got Man Utd fans talking

Jadon Sancho's performances against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League has got Manchester United's fans talking.

Manchester United fans have reacted to a viral video of Jadon Sancho following his showings against Atletico Madrid in the Champion League.

Dortmund beat Atletico 4-2 on Wednesday (5-4 on aggregate) to book their spot in the Champions League semi-finals, setting up a mouth-watering clash against Paris Saint-Germain.

Sancho, who is on loan at the German club for the rest of the season, started in both legs and looked like the player Man United thought they had signed back in 2021.

The 24-year-old, who has had a public dispute with Erik ten Hag, shone for Dortmund in the Champions League.

He took players on and cut a confident figure on the ball as he helped his side advance to the next round of the competition.

Man United fans made their feelings clear on Sancho, whose stance on a return to Old Trafford has been revealed.

One X user wrote: "It doesn’t make sense to me he just looks so much better as a player. He wasn’t able to do anything in a red kit..."

A second tweeted: "Would love to see him back and play with Hojlund!"

A third added: "I was so excited when we signed him. Because this was the player we signed. And the graveyard did what it always does to good players."

A fourth said: "Same player ... just a different manager."

A fifth commented: "Jadon Sancho is playing in the Champions League semi finals while a certain team is stuck with negative goal difference."

Sancho has played 12 games across all competitions since returning to Dortmund, scoring two goals.

He's made just three appearances for the Red Devils this season.

Having inspired his side to a place in the Champions League semi-final, the Englishman will look to guide Dortmund to qualification for Europe's premier club competition for next season.
