The writing appears to be on the wall for Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri following last night's FA Cup exit at the hands of Manchester United.

Being the current holders of the trophy, and having home advantage at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea went into the last-16 tie as favourites with practically every bookmaker, and they started bright enough in the opening exchanges.
Gonzalo Higuain flashed a powerful header just wide early on, whilst Eden Hazard looked his usual dangerous self.

However, it all changed on the half-hour mark as Ander Herrera guided home Paul Pogba's brilliant cross, before the Frenchman scored an excellent goal of his own, after a similarly brilliant cross from Marcus Rashford.
The Blues rallied in the second-half but, in truth, couldn't really lay a glove on Solskjaer's United.
And the home fans made their feelings perfectly clear towards their Italian manager in the closing stages:

Open rebellion now. "F*ck Sarri-ball" sing #cfc fans.

Sarri reminds me of LVG a bit, subbing off full backs and never deviating from his style. "Fuck Sarri Ball" a bit ridiculous from the Chelsea fans though. United have had some crap times but the fans always stuck by struggling managers.

As well as the "F*ck Sarri Ball chants", Manchester United fans sang "you're getting sacked in the morning" in Sarri's direction.
Chelsea's home support then joined in with a cruel "Bring Back Mourinho" chant as they slumped to a 2-0 defeat.
Should Chelsea pull the trigger and sack Sarri this early into his tenure?
And if they do, who should replace him?
"If Abramovich doesn't sack him you'd question the owner's hunger"@Chris_Sutton73 says everything points to Maurizio Sarri getting the boot at #CFC.

Should he go before the season's out? pic.twitter.com/oyvL0mI2v6
