Fran Garcia, Raul Asencio and Dani Ceballos also have now future under Mourinho and are likely to move on this summer.
Former Arsenal midfielder Ceballos appears close to the exit door, with Ajax said to be interested in the Spaniard.
Ruben Martin of AS has reported that Mourinho is in charge of Real's transfer policy and Perez has even agreed to change his rule of refusing to sign older players.
Real's recent approach has been to bring in younger talent but the addition of 30-year-old Dumfries certainly goes against the grain.
