Barcelona fans have been left staggered after reports linking them to a shock replacement for Robert Lewandowski.
The 37-year-old is still leading the line for Barcelona, where he has scored 105 goals in 156 games after signing from Bayern Munich.
However, Lewandowski's contract expires the end of the season and Barca are said to be scouring the market for a world-class replacement who can fill the void.
They already have Ferran Torres and loanee Marcus Rashford who are capable of leading the line but reports suggest that the La Liga giants have their sights on Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.

The Serbian was linked with a move last summer and Tuttosport claim that he is on the shortlist for Barca.

In fact, it's claimed that Barca's sporting director Deco has already held discussions with Vlahovic's agent Darko Ristic over a possible move.
The former Fiorentina man is also out of contract in the summer and is yet to come to fresh terms with the Bianconeri, whom he joined for an initial £58.3 million in 2022.

He is said to be more open to leaving for pastures new and would prefer to move on a free transfer rather than leave in the January transfer window.
He has four goals and one assist in eight appearances and has also attracted interest from Bayern.
Barca fans fume at transfer news
However, Barca fans are not particularly enthused about the signing of Vlahovic and feel he would not be a suitable replacement up top.

A second slammed: "I said it before and i'll say it again, Deco gonna ruin my club."
A third added: "This kind of signing will be the end of Laporta's presidency trust me."

A fourth opined: "Please! Please, just no We should go all in for Alvarez."
A final person said: "I would rather have a walking Lewandowski playing for us instead of a fully fit Vlahovic."
