West Ham United have made their decision about sacking Nuno Espirito Santo after his dreadful start to his tenure as manager.
On Friday night, West Ham United suffered perhaps one of their worst losses of the season as they were beaten 2-1 by Leeds United at Elland Road.
The result leaves the Hammers 19th in the Premier League table and four points away from safety, piling further pressure on new manager Nuno, who replaced Graham Potter in September.
It marks the third consecutive defeat under the Portuguese manager, who remains winless since joining following his dismissal from Nottingham Forest.

In the wake of the result, it has been revealed that the West Ham board have already made their mind up about Nuno's future at the club.

With just four points from their first nine Premier League matches this season, West Ham United have equalled their record for the worst at this stage of a league campaign.
The last time that the Hammers had such a dismal start to their campaign was 52 years ago during the 1973-74 season, where they only narrowly avoided relegation.

Despite this, a report from The Sun claims that club officials will not follow rivals Nottingham Forest by sacking a second manager this season and plan to stick with Nuno for the foreseeable future.
Earlier in the season, Nuno was sacked by Forest after just three games following a fall out with club owner Evangelos Marinakis.
He was then replaced by fellow ex-Spurs manager Ange Postecoglu, who lasted only 39 days before he was dismissed, taking the record as shortest reigning permanent Premier League manager.
Sean Dyche is now in the Nottingham Forest dugout, with the former Burnley and Everton manager leading his new club to victory in his first match, a Europa League clash with Porto.

But, regardless of how bad things may get for West Ham this season, they've made it clear that they will maintain faith in Nuno, who will be supported by club officials both their now and in the January transfer window.

It is believed that West Ham have already established that a new striker will be signed over the winter window, with the arrival of free agent Callum Wilson deemed to have not provided enough cover up front.
The club have also realised that additions are also needed at the back, despite the deadline day arrival of Igor Julio, has played only a single minute so far this season.
