Manchester United look set to follow a strict new rule set by Omar Berrada which will see one big money signing forced out of the club in the transfer window.
Like many Premier League teams this season, United have endured a yoyo start to the domestic season, currently sitting in seventh place ahead of their midweek clash with West Ham.
The previous week sums up Ruben Amorim's first full season perfectly, with the polarising low of Everton at home and the surprising high of Crystal Palace away.
United appear to have certainly improved from their bottom half finish last season, but are still struggling to push up to the major European places.

However, regardless on their on field results, one thing for certain at Old Trafford is the plan off it, regardless of how popular it may be with fans.
Since acquiring 25% of the club back in February 2024, Sir Jim Ratcliffe has invested heavily in the club's manager, squad, and even unveiled a new stadium concept.
One of Ratcliffe's early moves was the appointment of Berrada as CEO from Man City, with one of his key rules set to be activated by INEOS.

Speaking in an interview with the United Stand, journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed Berrada will force out signings who don't perform inside two years of joining the club.

The new board will therefore not put up with underperforming players, which has been a major problem for United in recent times, and Manuel Ugarte could become Berrada's latest victim.
According to Alex Crook, the Uruguayan's future is looking 'increasingly bleak' with a planned midfield overhaul set to force Ugarte to the exit door.
The midfielder joined from PSG in August 2024 for a fee of £42.2 million, but has failed to establish himself as key player under Amorim.

Since arriving, Ugarte has played 55 times for the red devils, scoring two goals in the process.
Potential destinations for the 24-year-old are yet to be revealed, the only thing for sure is that his performances have clearly failed to impress Berrada.
