Manchester United have confirmed that SIX players have left the club as their retained list has been announced.
With the 2025/26 season now behind us, clubs across the world are already looking ahead to the 2026/26 season set to get underway shortly after the conclusion of the World Cup.
The transfer window will officially open on Monday 15 June, but several clubs have already been busy securing major deals for next season.
United are among the top Premier League sides to have reportedly already agreed a deal after reaching an agreement to sign Atalanta midfielder Ederson for an initial fee of £34million plus £3.8m in potential add-ons.

But it's not just incomings that United have been deciding on in recent weeks, as the club has also confirmed which players have been released in their official retained list for the 2026/27 season.
After four seasons playing for the club, making 160 appearances and scoring 26 goals, Casemiro is perhaps the biggest name leaving United as the Brazilian confirmed that he would not be renewing his contract back in January.
Jadon Sancho has also left United five years after joining as a blockbuster £73m signing from Borussia Dortmund.
Since then, the Englishman has made only 83 appearances for the club having spent the last two-and-a-half years out on loan at Dortmund, Chelsea and Aston Villa.

After several seasons of dealing with injury, United have also confirmed that Tyrell Malacia has left the club after making just 50 appearances since joining in 2022.
The Dutchman featured only three times as a late substitute in the Premier League last season.
Outside of the three first-team stars, United also confirmed that academy players Sonny Aljofree, James Bailey and Malachi Sharpe will all depart this summer.
But, the news also comes alongside confirmation that academy defenders Albert Mills and Dante Plunkett are expected to sign their first professional terms with the club in July.
Meanwhile Northern Ireland goalkeeper Dermot Mee has been offered a new contract having "played an important role in first-team training in recent years, whilst representing United’s Under-21s side in competitive fixtures."
