Erling Haaland’s reaction to a Manchester United fan hurling abuse at him speaks volumes about the in-form Manchester City forward.
Haaland, 25, is currently in impressive form with his brace in the 3-1 win against Bournemouth on Sunday, helping Manchester City go second behind Arsenal in the Premier League table.
The Norway international has netted a staggering 17 goals in just 13 City appearances so far this term, causing his head coach Pep Guardiola to compare his level to that of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
And it’s fair to say, the 25-year-old leaves no stone unturned in his pursuit of excellence, which was apparent in one of his recent YouTube videos posted on his new channel.

In the video titled ‘Day in the Life of a pro football: Erling Haaland’, the striker shows an in-depth perspective of his daily routine.
A stretching session, ice bath and red light therapy were all on Haaland’s to-do list, with the goalscorer even dropping by his local farm to pick up raw milk, eggs and some sourdough toast.

His commitment to taking care of his body on the pitch has done and will continue to pay dividends on it, with the forward boasting a spectacular goalscoring record of 141 strikes in 159 games since arriving at City from Borussia Dortmund in 2022.

And despite the Leeds-born striker seemingly receiving plaudits from all angles of late, not everyone approves of his ability – namely, Manchester United supporters.
A video was posted on TikTok on Sunday, during which a Manchester United supporter spots Haaland sitting in his car, before he begins chanting “United, United… You blue b******” as the vehicle then moves away from the City man.
And Haaland’s reaction – or lack of it – speaks volumes about the 25-year-old as he didn’t engage or even look at the United fan despite his best attempts to gain the footballer’s attention.
TikTok users were quick to offer their thoughts in the comments section of the video.

One said: “You know full well, this guy got rattled that Haaland didn’t acknowledge him. So tried to shout Utd at him to wind him up, got 0 reaction.”
Another joked: “Bet he's gonna be absolutely devastated about that with his UCL golden boots inside his mansion with supercars.”

While a third claimed: “What a legend.”
And fittingly, Haaland celebrated City’s win against Bournemouth by taking an ice bath with his Player of the Match trophy.
City and Haaland return to action in the Champions League against his former club Dortmund on Wednesday before welcoming Liverpool to the Etihad on Sunday.
