Manchester City forward Erling Haaland gave a hilarious reaction after finding out that a member of the Sidemen supported Manchester United.
Having missed out on playing during Manchester City’s 1–0 win against Leeds United at Elland Road on Saturday due to injury, Haaland still provided some entertainment for fans over the past weekend by featuring in a video posted to the Sidemen’s YouTube page in collaboration with his own channel.
The Premier League’s leading goalscorer launched his YouTube channel in October, which has since garnered over 1.3 million followers.
His content ranges from reacting to his own performances and pretending to be Father Christmas, as well as detailing various workouts which keep him in peak physical condition.

On Sunday, fans were treated to a collaboration between the City striker and the Sidemen, with the content creators put through their paces, undergoing skill, strength and endurance tests.
At one point, Haaland asked the group who each of them supports before TBJZL – real name Tobit Brown – revealed that he is in fact a Manchester United fan, which provoked a comical reaction from the forward, who jokingly pulled a face of disapproval.
Meanwhile, when discussing how difficult penalties are, Haaland said: “Even Man United went out on penalties against a League Two team… It’s possible.”
Fans were quick to react to his appearance on the show on social media, with many praising the City goalscorer and describing him as a likeable guy.
One said: “Very good vid, Haaland’s such a likeable guy.”
Another added: “Which one @Tobjizzle, come on bro, you had to stand your ground there and tell Haaland ‘The only one’.”
A third commented: “Love how Haaland was actually engaged in the video, he wasn’t just a passenger. Elite video, guys!”
As a fourth joked: “Bro please stop being a YouTuber for the rest of the season and be a footballer again. We need you.”
Haaland will be hoping to return to action soon, with head coach Pep Guardiola admitting that he is unsure of the Norway international’s return date.
City will host relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest at the Etihad on Wednesday (4 March) before travelling to St James’ Park to face Newcastle United in the FA Cup fifth round on Saturday (7 March).
