Mohamed Salah’s next club odds have emerged following confirmation of his Liverpool exit.

Salah, 33, announced on social media on Tuesday (24 March) that the current campaign will be his last at Liverpool.

The forward, who arrived from Roma in 2017, confirmed that his fairytale nine seasons on Merseyside will come to an end, with Liverpool’s Premier League fixture against Brentford on 24 May likely to be his last.

The Egypt international leaves the club as one of their greatest ever players, having helped the side win two Premier League titles and one UEFA Champions League during spells under Jürgen Klopp and current head coach Arne Slot.

The 33-year-old has netted 255 goals in 435 appearances, making him third on the club’s all-time top goalscorers list behind Reds icons Ian Rush and Roger Hunt.

Speaking in his farewell video, Salah said: “Unfortunately, the day has come. This is the first part of my farewell. I will be leaving Liverpool at the end of the season.

“I wanted to start by saying that I never imagined how deeply this club, this city, these people would become part of my life.

“Liverpool is not just a football club. It’s a passion, it’s a history, it’s a spirit I can’t explain in words to anyone not part of this club.

“We celebrated victory together, we won the most important trophies, and we fought together through the hardest times in our lives.”

Paying tribute to the fans, he added: “I don’t have enough words. The support you showed me, through the best time in my career and the toughest time – it’s something I will never forget. I will take it with me always.

“Leaving is never easy. You gave me the best time of my life. I will always be one of you.

“Because of all of you, I will never walk alone.”

But at 33 and in fine physical condition, Salah will likely continue to play as a professional – but where will he be playing his football next season?

According to Oddschecker, any MLS team is 6/4 favourite to sign the 33-year-old, while Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad are second favourites at 2/1. Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr are also priced at 2/1.

Al Hilal are 3/1 to add Salah to their ranks, while European champions PSG make up the top five at 8/1.
