Fans think Jurgen Klopp has had 'enough of football' after the post-match interview he gave following Liverpool's defeat against Arsenal.

The Gunners closed the gap on league leaders Liverpool to just two points following their big 3-1 victory at the Emirates on Sunday.

Bukayo Saka opened the scoring, with a Gabriel own-goal just before the break levelling proceedings.

But the hosts fired back as Gabriel Martinelli restored his side's lead after pouncing on a mistake between Alisson and Virgil van Dijk.

The visitors were then reduced to 10 men when Ibrahima Konate picked up his second yellow card.

Leandro Trossard added a third in stoppage time.

After the match, Klopp expressed his frustration at the result and bemoaned the decision to send off Konate.

"Gabriel is doing the same to Nunez, no yellow card," he told Sky Sports.

The German boss' post-match interview got fans online talking as they think he's had 'enough of football' and is yearning for a 'break'.

One X user exclaimed: "Klopp has had enough of football you can tell from the interview."

A second wrote: "Can tell why Klopp wants a break this interview is painful."

A third added: "Listening to this Klopp interview shows why he’s resigning at the end of the season. Guy is tired."

A fourth said: :Klopp’s lost his head in the interview lol."

Another commented: "Klopp losing his head in the post match interview. Inject it."

Klopp admitted Arsenal deserved the three points and lamented his side's finishing.

"In general it was not our day. We can really admit that. Arsenal deserve the three points. Even when the circumstances were a bit strange," he said.

"We didn't play enough from the start. We struggled a little bit. We weren't calm enough. We had the possession we just didn't have the finishes."

Despite losing at Arsenal, Liverpool are still top of the league - but Manchester City have two games in hand.

The Reds resume their league campaign next Saturday at home to Burnley.
