One England star has been told that his World Cup dream is over after suffering another setback.
Next summer, former Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain boss Thomas Tuchel will lead England to the 2026 World Cup.
The latest edition of football's most illustrious tournament will take place across the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.
Ahead of the tournament, English players around the globe will be hoping to catch the eyes of Tuchel, in the hope that they will be included in the German's travelling party.

However, one hopeful has been told that his World Cup dream could already be over after yet another setback.
Full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold, who left boyhood club Liverpool for Real Madrid this summer, suffered another injury during Xabi Alonso's side' 3-0 win over Athletic Club on Wednesday night.
Alexander-Arnold started and provided a brilliant assist for Kylian Mbappe to score Madrid's opening goal.
However, with 55 minutes on the clock, Alexander-Arnold was replaced after suffering what looked like another muscle injury, he was replaced by Raul Asencio.

The 27-year-old had recently recovered from a hamstring injury but is now set for another spell on the touchline.

A statement from Madrid read: "After the tests carried out today on our player Trent Alexander-Arnold by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a muscle injury in the anterior rectum of the quadriceps of the left leg."
According to the BBC, Alexander-Arnold will now be sidelined for two months.

Having already been overlooked for Tuchel's recent England squads, former Sunderland striker Darren Bent has now claimed that Alexander-Arnold's World Cup hopes are over.
He said on talkSPORT: "He's not going to go to the World Cup, is he? Trent."

What has Thomas Tuchel said about Trent Alexander-Arnold?
Speaking previously about Alexander-Arnold, Tuchel said the full-back has to improve his defensive game.

He said: "I can see that sometimes he relies heavily on his offensive contributions, and gives not so much emphasis on the defensive discipline and effort.
"This major impact that he had for Liverpool over so many years, if he wants to have this impact in the English national team, then he has to take the defensive part very, very seriously, because when we are talking, especially, about qualifying football and then tournament football, the one defensive error, the one moment where you are not 100 per cent awake, can be decisive, can be the moment where you pack your suitcases and go home."
