Georgina Rodriguez appeared to confirm that the end of Cristiano Ronaldo's career is on the horizon during an appearance at Paris Fashion Week.

The 30-year-old social media influencer, who first met Ronaldo at a Gucci store in 2016, paid tribute to her partner this week when she walked down the catwalk at the Vetements show.

As you can see from the pictures below, Rodriguez wore a dress made from what appears to be Ronaldo's Manchester United shirt, which was also signed by the man himself.

During her stay in Paris, the Argentine-born model also added to the ongoing speculation surrounding Ronaldo's future by making a comment over his retirement plans.

"Cristiano one more year, then it’s over," she said in footage posted to Instagram. "Maybe two, I don't know."

Ronaldo, who currently plays for Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr after he signed a deal worth £175 million-a-year in 2022, has previously stated that he would like to play into his 40s.

But the former Real Madrid and Juventus forward was reluctant to speculate about his future in October last year.

Speaking to reporters, he said: “Things have happened in my life, both on a personal and professional level, that make me think more in the short term nowadays.

"People say I’m going to play on until I’m 40 or 41 years old. I don’t set these targets. It’s a question of just enjoying the moment, which is a good moment.

"I feel good. My body is responding to how I’ve treated it over the years. I’m happy both at my club and in the Selecao. I’ve scored plenty of goals, I feel in good shape physically. It’s a question of enjoying the moment.”

He did, however, hint about a possible appearance at the 2026 World Cup after he became the first ever male player to make 200 appearances at international level.

Portugal manager Roberto Martinez opened up on the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's determination to reach 250 caps.

"He [Ronaldo] was very close to reaching 200 caps, something nobody has ever done before," Martinez said in December.

"I said [to Ronaldo] is 200 caps something that interests you or not? He said, '250 interests me'."

To reach that target, he will likely have to feature at the next World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
