Jamie Carragher found out Speed's real name and was in total disbelief as Micah Richards left in stitches

iShowSpeed revealed his real name to Jamie Carragher on Wednesday, and even Micah Richards could not contain his laughter.

Carragher, 47, was part of CBS Sports’ live coverage of Wednesday’s Champions League fixtures. And as they usually do, Thierry Henry, Micah Richards and Kate Scott were having a great time.

A highlight of the evening, aside from the football, came when iShowSpeed was introduced to the broadcast.

Speed, 20, was invited onto the show, having previously struck up a relationship with Henry, 47, when the pair took part in a charity match dubbed ‘Match for Hope,’ which was played in Doha, Qatar last month.

The unlikely duo debated who was faster.

“I was talking to your manager, and he said you were faster than me [in your prime],” explained Speed.

“Oh yes, maybe,” Henry replied. “With the ball, for sure.

“(Without the ball), I'm not too sure. Check the videos!”

And Speed’s pace was put to the test on Wednesday, when he and Carragher took part in a 40m race.

Before the race, the pair engaged in mind games.

“You're not beating me; stop saying you're beating me,” said Speed.

“'My tactic is just to be relaxed and run the race,” Carragher quipped. “The guy is too nervous.”

Carragher poked fun about Speed’s real name while the 20-year-old was warming up.

“Your name’s Darren Watkins, not Speed,” Carragher joked.

“Yo, I’m about to dust you now…” Speed replied.

“No one called Darren Watkins can be quick,” the former Liverpool defender added while Richards laughed along.

During the pair’s race, Carragher got off to a decent start and even tried to obstruct Speed before the youngster pipped the 47-year-old to the finishing line.

“I'm disappointed, I thought I had him,” Carragher joked.

“The race was too long. I had a really good start.

“Listen, I've been cheating all my life. It's not going to stop now.”

Fans had also had their say on social media.

One said: "This is why Speed is my favourite streamer in the world."

Another added: "Jamie is 47 and barely lost."

While a third explained: "This guys not real."
