Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate has spoken out amid criticism from Reds legend Jamie Carragher.
Konate and Liverpool were thrashed 4-1 at home by PSV in the Champions League on Tuesday.
It was the latest defeat in what has already turned into a horror period for the Reds, who have now lost nine of their last 12 matches in all competitions.
Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk gave away a penalty via a bizarre handball on four minutes, with former Tottenham winger Ivan Perisic giving the visitors the lead.

There was also criticism of Liverpool's midfield for not tracking back on several occasions in the build-up to PSV's other goals.
Carragher, meanwhile, was left furious at Konate for the way he defended before PSV netted their third goal in the second half.
In a now-deleted TikTok video posted by CBS Sports, Carragher shouted: "I've f**king had enough of them, honest to God.

"That Konate... I mean that's a sackable offence for the manager for f**king keep picking him. He should be sacked for that."
Konate, whose contract expires in the summer amid links with Real Madrid, has now responded online to general criticism aimed at himself and his Liverpool team-mates over their recent run of poor results.
Taking to his Twitter account, the France international defender wrote: "We have to take this moment on the chest.
"Criticism is part of football, and we'll fight back every time and come through this storm.
"In these moments, the fans matter most. The ones who stand with us in the good times and the bad - the ones who sing for us even in the difficult moments! Your voice and your support mean everything to us.

"We know we need to improve and we'll keep fighting for you. Always."
Carragher did not just take aim at Liverpool players, with the former defender claiming in his column for The Telegraph that manager Arne Slot has just one week to save his job at Anfield.
In the next eight days, Liverpool have away fixtures against strugglers West Ham and Leeds, with a home fixture against Sunderland between them on December 2.

Carragher wrote: "It is hard to believe that sentence is being written, but Liverpool's next three games are against West Ham United, Sunderland and Leeds United. Anything fewer than seven points will make an already unacceptable situation untenable.
"No matter how much goodwill the manager has, Liverpool Football Club cannot sustain the drop in standards witnessed over the past three months."
