The top 10 best-selling football shirts across all of Europe have been revealed, and neither Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo are top.

With less than two weeks to go until Christmas Day, plenty of people will be scrambling to buy a football shirt as a gift for someone in their life.

Of course, which shirt they decide to buy as a gift will massively depend on the personal preferences of whoever they are buying for.

That being said, there are some players that, due to their popularity online, the club they play for or their abilities on the pitch, will always sell more shirts than their peers.

Given their legendary status within the sport, Messi and historic rival Ronaldo are used to dominating shirt sales throughout their entire careers.

However, according to a report from Score 90, this is not the case in 2025 as neither man lead the way in the shirt sales within Europe.

Instead, it is Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal who tops the list with 1.32 million shirts sold across the continent in 2025.

Fellow Barcelona great Messi, who now plays for MLS side Inter Miami, follows behind in second, with 1.28 million shirts sold, with another Barcelona star, Robert Lewandowski rounding out the top three with 1.11m shirts with his name sold this year.

Meanwhile Ronaldo, currently playing for Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr, ranked seventh on the list with 925,000 of his shirts sold in 2025.

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes is the only current Premier League player to make it onto the list in eighth, selling 878,000 shirts, ahead of England and Bayern Munich star Harry Kane who sold 867,000 shirts.
