Leandro Trossard is set to leave Arsenal in the coming days after impressing at the World Cup.
The Premier League transfer window has been open for several weeks, with many clubs already completely blockbuster deals to prepare for the 2026/27 season.
Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City have already spent tens of millions securing transfers that significantly improve their squads.
But one club that has been relatively quiet so far is reigning Premier League champions Arsenal who, despite links with the likes of Bruno Guimarães, Morgan Rogers and Julián Alvarez, have yet to make a statement signing.

Piero Hincapié, who spent last season on loan from Bayer Leverkusen, and former Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier are the only new players to join the Gunners so far this summer.
But that doesn't mean that Arsenal haven't been busy, as it's now been confirmed that the London club has completed a deal to sell Trossard to Turkish giants Besiktas.
The winger joined Arsenal from fellow Premier League side Brighton for £21million plus add-ons, with his contract set to expire next year.
Since his arrival, Trossard has failed to be a standout player for the London club, scoring 36 goals and assisting 34 across 174 appearances in all competitions.
But, after an impressive stint with the Belgian national team at the World Cup, the 31-year-old has secured a move to join Besiktas, with Arsenal set to receive €18m (15.35m) plus €2m (1.7m) in add-ons.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal have accepted the bid, with Trossard set to travel to Istanbul tomorrow night for a medical and to sign his new contract.
A further report from Ben Jacobs claims that the winger's deal will see him remain at the club until 2029, with the option to extend it by a further year.
He is reportedly set to earn annual wages of €9m (7,68m), which is around £147,660 per week.

Arsenal prepare to ramp up interest in Trossard replacement
With Trossard set to leave in the coming days, Arsenal fans will no doubt immediately have questions about who the club could sign to bolster their attacking options.
Aston Villa superstar Rogers has long been tipped as one of Arsenal's top targets this summer, but with the Midlands club believed to be demanding around £130m for the Englishman, the Gunners could now look elsewhere.
This leads them to Paris Saint-Germain attacker Bradley Barcola, another player linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
The France international has strongly been linked with a move away from the Champions League winners over frustrations about playing time under Luis Enrique.
Liverpool have also reportedly shown interest in the 23-year-old, but the departure of Trossard could mean that Arsenal are ready to accelerate their pursuit of Barcola in the near future.
But, in an apparent u-turn on their stance earlier in the window, it has recently been claimed that PSG have now told Arsenal, Liverpool and other clubs that the winger is not for sale, meaning they may need to make an irresistible offer to secure the deal.
