Cristiano Ronaldo’s reaction after being dumped out of the Champions League has reemerged after the Manchester United great asked to leave the club.
The Portuguese rocked the Old Trafford club to the core after asking to leave if a 'satisfactory offer' comes in for him.
The Red Devils are adamant that he is 'not for sale' despite the Portuguese missing two days of training in a row, citing 'family reasons'.
Ronaldo made a sensational return to United last summer from Juventus, 12 years since he left for Real Madrid.
Despite his return, he was unable to inspire a dismal United team to success, they failed to enter the latter stages of the Champions League, Carabao Cup and FA Cup. Their league form was also very disappointing as they stumbled to a sixth placed finish after collecting the club’s lowest Premier League points tally.
With United destined for a season in the Europa League, Ronaldo is looking to move on as he wants to be in Europe’s premier competition.

And now, footage has resurfaced of Ronaldo’s reaction to Juventus’ shock exit in the 2021 Champions League, they were knocked out by Portuguese outfit, Porto.
Ronaldo’s reaction in the dressing room was filmed as part of Amazon’s 'All or Nothing' documentary series, which followed the Turin club for the 20/21 season. It captured behind the scenes footages for fans to enjoy.
As Ronaldo walked into the dressing room after the defeat, he looked dejected. He sat down in his place, put his hands on his head and started crying. He was then consoled by a member of the Juventus staff.
This is how much the UCL means to him. It's understandable if he leaves. 💔pic.twitter.com/ySVbaG38X2

Despite being a five times winner of the Champions League and the competition’s highest ever scorer, he is still hungrier than ever to win the trophy again. The competition really means a lot to the five times Ballon d’Or winner.
United’s 21/22 campaign was one to forget but Ronaldo did put in some impressive performances. His tally of 18 goals in the Premier League was only bettered by joint Golden Boot winners Son Heung Min and Mo Salah, earning himself a place in the PFA Team of The Year.

If it wasn’t for Ronaldo, United would have found themselves out of Europe much earlier after struggling in the group stage, Ronaldo pulled the team out of the fire on multiple occasions by scoring crucial late goals.
United are due to set off for their pre season tour of Thailand and Australia at the end of the week, will Ronaldo be joining them? Only time will tell.
