Adama Traore lashed in an absolute worldie strike for Wolves in their 2-1 win over Preston on Tuesday night.
Raul Jimenez put the hosts 1-0 up at Molineux and performed one of the celebrations of the season when he dressed up as a pirate.

The celebration, which included an eye patch and hook, was a reference to teammates calling him a "pirate" following his shocking head injury suffered in a collision with David Luiz in 2020.

The eye patch is actually a headband he's needed to wear after his head injury in late 2020. He's done the "pirate" celebration before, but adding in the hook takes this to another level lol. #ElTriEng https://t.co/xMR02x32u8
And Traore extended Wolves' lead in the 29th minute in stunning style with an thumping volley. The Spain international picked up the ball on the right flank and played a one-two with right-back Nelson Semedo.
The powerhouse's pass was a firm one and had a serious bit of zip on it. But Semedo killed the ball dead with a lovely touch and then cushioned the ball off to his teammate with a deft flick.

From the lovely set-up, Traore nearly broke the net with a venomous left-foot volley in what was his first goal since returning from a loan spell at Barcelona.
The net-buster of a strike had all of Traore's weight behind it and proved unstoppable for Preston goalkeeper David Cornell. Fan footage shows what a thunderous effort it was from Traore, who looked like he might be on his way out at Wolves.
Hwang Hee-chan spurned the chance to make it 3-0 to Wolves and the second half was made a little more nervy for Bruno Lage's side when former Liverpool starlet Ben Woodburn reduced the deficit just after half-time.
Wolves held on for their first win of the new campaign and will now look to kick on with three points against Newcastle in the Premier League on Sunday.
