Luke Littler has got fans talking after producing some “brilliant s***housery” in the moments before he beat Gerwyn Price at the Players Championship Finals.
Littler, 18, secured his first-ever Players Championship Finals crown with an 11-8 win over Nathan Aspinall during the final in Minehead on Sunday (November 23).
The teenager, who was beaten by Luke Humphries in the final of the 2024 edition of the event, overcame a battling Aspinall and hit a checkout of 88 while securing his sixth televised crown.
Littler had earlier defeated Chris Dobey 10-5 in the last eight before beating Price 11-8 in the semi-final.

This came just days after Littler became world number one for the first time following his Grand Slam of Darts triumph in Wolverhampton.
‘The Nuke’ has almost completed the full haul of PDC trophies, with just the World Masters and European Championship still evading him.

Littler’s win in Minehead also bagged him a tidy £120,000 for his efforts, while losing finalist Aspinall received £60,0000.

And despite the thoroughly entertaining final between Aspinall and Littler, fans homed in on a comical moment during the teenager’s semi-final clash against Price.
After hitting 174 to leave 32 to win, Littler mimicked Price’s “GWAN” shout, which the Welshman is regularly spotted doing during contests.
The ‘Ice Man’ clearly saw the funny side and congratulated his opponent on his win.

Another added: “Elite setup shot to effectively close the tie out. No s***housery there for me.”
A third claimed: “Others need to stop best mating him all the time. He's probably gonna be the best player ever, but you can't beat him by glazing him mid-game. Littler is a winner.”
Following his victory, Little offered his thoughts to ITV and claimed that he was already looking forward to defending his PDC World Darts Championship crown.

"It wasn't easy to get to this final at all," Littler said.
"[Aspinall] has been playing really well for a good few weeks now, and I had to dig in at the end there. I am glad I got the job done.
"Earlier in my career, I was just trying to be myself, but now I am starting to let out a bit of my emotion. I'm looking to the big one next month."
The World Darts Championship gets underway on December 11 and will run until January 3.
