Freddie Flintoff revealed how he was able to "cheat the system" with a genius hack during his appearance on 'I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!'
The hit ITV jungle show returned on Sunday night, with Angry Ginge and Alex Scott part of the star-studded line-up of contestants.
Ginge, a content creator and Baller League manager who made his debut at Soccer Aid at Old Trafford earlier this year, is already being tipped to win the show after the entertainment he provided in the very first episode.
If he does go all the way, he would replicate the achievement from England cricket legend Flintoff, who was crowned King of the Jungle back in 2015 when he signed up for the Australian version of the show.

The series took place in Kruger National Park, South Africa and saw Flintoff take on a number of trials and challenges before ultimately going all the way after six weeks.

However, Flintoff did not struggle as much as one would think as he cheekily managed to find a way to get regular water and fruit - pretending he was a cigarette smoker to gain access.
"It was the easiest month I've ever had in my life," Flintoff said on The Jonathan Ross Show.

"I lost 10kg while I was there. I managed to cheat the system a little bit... I broke into the medical hut where I could get fresh water and fruit."
He added: "I pretended I smoked. Every time I could leave the camp because you couldn't smoke on the TV, so they left me the cigarette on a chair.
"I discovered the medical hut was 200 yards away. So I took a window out twice a day to get my fruit and water."
On his old BBC Radio 5 Live podcast 'Flintoff, Savage and the Ping Pong Guy', the former Top Gear host went into similar detail about his cunning plan.

He convinced the producers that he need five cigarettes a day, which led to him getting to the water fountain and filling up his bottle instead of having the "hassle" of "boiling" watering in camp.
Flintoff claimed he was "more hydrated than I’d ever been in my life", with "crystal clear" urine.
His lying didn't stop there as he lied on a form about his biggest fears ahead of the trials, adding: "It’s out there that I don’t like the dark, so I thought I’d be truthful about that.
“Another one I put was frogs because I don’t mind frogs. I did this challenge and they dumped a load of frogs on my head."

Flintoff's prize for winning was $100,000 for his chosen charity of the McGrath Foundation.
