Anthony Joshua's family have given a health update on the star boxer after he was involved in a fatal car accident in Nigeria.
Joshua was involved in a crash on Monday, which tragically claimed the lives of his close friends and team members Kevin ‘Lateef’ Ayodele and Sina Ghami.
Ayodele worked as his strength and conditioning coach and Ghami as his sports and exercise rehabilitation coach, with the latter in the corner for the 36-year-old's fight against Jake Paul earlier this month.
The trio were travelling to Sagamu, where Joshua has deep family roots. They had travelled to South West Nigeria for the New Year celebrations.

Paul, who suffered a sixth-round knockout in their professional heavyweight bout, issued a statement in the wake of the horrific crash.
Tyson Fury, who has been rumoured to face Joshua next year, also released a statement as he offered his condolences.

Joshua suffered minor injuries in the crash, according to the local police.
In a new update, the former world heavyweight champion is 'responding to treatment', with his condition being described as 'stable'.
According to The Sun, Joshua is expected to stay at the Duchess International Hospital in Lagos until the New Year.
His uncles have spoken out after the horror crash, with Robert saying: "We have not been allowed to see him, but from information given by authorities, he is responding to treatment.”
Adedamola, another uncle, revealed that Joshua had been in Nigeria for less than six hours when the road accident happened.
"The incident shook our family deeply. Though our son, Anthony, is alive, two of his friends, who came to celebrate with us, lost their lives," he added.
"This is a serious tragedy, not only for our family, but for Ogun State, Nigeria, and the world at large. We are deeply saddened that two people very close to Anthony did not survive. Our hearts are with their families."
The crash came ten days after 'AJ' beat 'The Problem Child' in a high-profile showdown in Miami.
Investigations into the crash remain ongoing.
