The local government has given an update on Anthony Joshua's condition after the boxer was involved in a car crash that killed two people in Nigeria.
Joshua, 36, was one of four passengers in a Lexus Jeep when it collided with a stationary truck by the side of the road at around 11am local time on Monday.
The boxer was rescued from the car with what police confirmed to be minor injuries, but is 'fine'.
Four other adult males were also in the car. Two people are confirmed to have been killed.

According to the Federal Road Safety Corps, Joshua and another man were rescued by the boxer's security team before receiving treatment and being transported to hospital.
The crash occurred on a highway in Makun, Ogun State, on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
BBC News journalist Mayeni Jones reported that local media have previously described the expressway as 'one of Nigeria's deadliest roads'.
Now, the Ogun State government has released a statement, confirming that Joshua is now 'stable' after receiving hospital treatment.
Their statement, in part, reads: "Following comprehensive clinical assessments, doctors have confirmed that both patients [Joshua and a second passenger] are stable and do not require any emergency medical intervention at this time.
"A full medical team has been assembled and will continue to monitor them closely."
The statement goes on to confirm that Joshua is 'conscious' and 'has been in communication with his family'.
It was reported that the 36-year-old had been travelling to Lagos to visit the family home at the time of the crash.
"The Governments of Ogun and Lagos States are closely monitoring the situation and will ensure that the affected persons receive the best possible medical care," the local government adds.
"Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident have also commenced."
Earlier in the day, the Ogun State government confirmed that the vehicle involved in the crash had been 'evacuated' and that full investigations would shortly commence.
"While the severely damaged vehicle has been evacuated to the Sagamu Motor Traffic Division (MTD) office, efforts are ongoing to tow the truck involved to the same location to facilitate a comprehensive investigation," they stated.
