Bayley said that she would love to face Sasha Banks again after she hilariously blasted the women's division on SmackDown.
The 30-year-old successfully retained the SmackDown Women's Championship last weekend as she defeated Lacey Evans at the Royal Rumble.
SPORTbible had the opportunity to catch up with Bayley and asked her to name the four opponents she would want to face from each of WWE's brands.
When it came to the SmackDown division, she branded the female superstars "worthless" and believes only her close pal is worth her time.
She explained: "SmackDown... man, they're all worthless. I'm gonna have to pick Sasha Banks."
Liv Morgan, who returned last month with a new persona, was Bayley's pick for Raw.
When SPORTbible asked the SmackDown women's champ if Morgan was underrated, she responded: "She hasn't really been on TV, so she hasn't really been able to show what she's capable of right now.
"She's a new Liv Morgan, right? We saw a lot of her when she was in The Riott Squad and I had a lot of matches with them.
"But I think her standing on her own is gonna be a huge change for the women's division on Raw especially, so I would love to stand toe to toe with her."
Turning her attention to NXT UK, Bayley initially picked New Zealand-born Australian star Toni Storm. However, she would switch her choice to NXT UK women's champ Kay Lee Ray.
Bayley said: "Toni Storm. That's like the one that I know, right? Yeah, or Kay Lee Ray. I love her. [Actually] Let's go for Kay Lee Ray."
Bayley, real name Pamela Martinez, admitted that she was spoilt for choice with the NXT US roster.
"Man, there's too many to choose from [on NXT US], but at the moment I'm gonna say Candice LeRae," she said.
The SmackDown women's champ opened up about her 2020 ambitions and revealed that she wants a shot at the Women's Tag Team Championship.
"I just wanna keep this as long as I can [points to the Women's Championship]," she said.
"I got it down. I wanna keep dominating the SmackDown division.
"I actually wouldn't mind a title opportunity against The Kabuki Warriors, myself and Sasha, because they are yet to face the inaugural women's tag team champions.
"But I'm pretty happy with how everything is going now, so I don't want to add any more stress to my daily life."
Bayley also told SPORTbible that she would love to have a dream showdown with WWE legend Lita.
And the WWE superstar also called on Paramore star Hayley Williams to come to WrestleMania 36 and perform her entrance.
