WWE fans say they 'still can't get over' a shock moment during the men's Royal Rumble match which sections of the crowd didn't notice.

The 2026 Royal Rumble took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, marking the first time the event has been held outside of the United States.

There were four matches on the card, with the men's and women's Rumble matches accompanied by Gunther versus AJ Styles and a WWE Universal Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Sami Zayn.

It was the men's Rumble that closed the show, with Roman Reigns winning the match to book his spot in the main event of WrestleMania 42.

Reigns last eliminated Gunther, who had emerged at number 30 after defeating Styles to end the career of 'The Phenomenal One' earlier in the night.

Brock Lesnar, meanwhile, entered at number 22, marking his return to WWE following an absence of over two months.

Lesnar eliminated Oba Femi, Ilja Dragunov and Rey Fenix, before being dumped out of the ring by a combination of Cody Rhodes and LA Knight.

The 10-time world champion only lasted five minutes and 32 seconds in the match - but it was the manner of his elimination that stunned fans.

Lesnar is promoted by WWE as one of their biggest attractions, with the 48-year-old rarely competing outside of premium live events against the company's top stars.

But he was knocked over the top rope during the entrance of Jey Uso, who took the time between his arrival at number 25 and Reigns' entrance as number 26 to enter the ring.

Lesnar's elimination did receive a loud reaction from the crowd in attendance in Riyadh, but Uso's entrance music playing meaning that reaction was notably drowned out.

Reacting to the moment, one fan wrote: "LA Knight and Cody Rhodes teaming up to eliminate Brock Lesnar should've had everyone's attention."

A second said: "Oba Femi eliminated by Brock Lesnar just for Brock to immediately get thrown out by Cody and LA Knight during Jey's entrance."

A third asked: "Brock Lesnar got eliminated DURING Jey's entrance? WTF?"

While a fourth wrote: "Brock getting eliminated randomly during Jey Uso's entrance was just baffling. What was even the point of Brock being there if that's how it ended."

And a fifth stated: "[Brock]'s obviously a huge player in the match and his elimination should always feel like a pivotal moment in the Rumble."

While a sixth asked: "Why was Brock Lesnar eliminated during an entrance?"
