The Rock teased there will be plenty of surprises during the title fight on night two of WrestleMania 40.

Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will go head-to-head in the showpiece event on Sunday evening, a match that will be contested under Bloodline Rules.

The rules mean that any member of The Bloodline stable can jump into the fight to help Reigns, including The Rock, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa and past members.

There were no count-outs, no disqualifications and anything goes.

The match was set up when The Rock and Reigns won a star-studded tag-team match against Rhodes and Seth Rollins on night one.

That match involved several unexpected and dramatic moments, including The Rock pulling some dirty moves on his opponents and Reigns accidentally spearing his cousin and teammate.

The Rock secured victory after 45 minutes, hitting Rhodes with a Rock Bottom before pulling off a People's Elbow to seal it.

Now The Rock will be able to help Reigns defend his title in Sunday's huge match.

Speaking to the press after his night one exploits, the 51-year-old teased that WWE fans can expect some surprises on Sunday evening.

Although he refused to reveals what's in store, he said: "The Final Boss can’t tell you this, I can’t tell everybody this, I have to keep everybody guessing, including Cody Rhodes.

"So yes, you can expect the unexpected and a lot of surprises."

Reigns has held the Universal Championship title for an incredible 1,315 days, with nobody able to take it from him since he claimed it in August 2020.

Reigns' last defeat came in July 2023, when he and Sikoa were defeated by the Usos. Since then the undisputed champion has won six straight matches
