John Cena's rumoured final WWE opponent has already made his feelings clear on taking on the legendary wrestler before he hangs up his boots.
Cena started off his retirement tour back in January at the Royal Rumble before winning the Elimination Chamber the following month and shocking fans by turning heel for the first time in 22 years when he brutally attacked Cody Rhodes.
Cena, with his all new persona, beat Rhodes to take his undisputed WWE title and become a record-breaking 17-time champion in the company.
Cena and Rhodes rematch at the upcoming SummerSlam Premium Live Event in New Jersey but the 48-year-old does not have too many dates left before he hangs up his sneakers and jorts.

The Peacemaker star will ride off into the sunset in December, with a final match in his hometown of Boston, Massachusetts as part of a 'Saturday Night's Main Event'.
Only one person will have the honour of being Cena's very last foe and according to WRKD Wrestling, WWE world heavyweight champion Gunther will have the privilege bestowed upon him.

The Ring General lost his gold to Jey Uso at WrestleMania 40 in Las Vegas after a 259 day reign but regained it in June, before defending it and tapping out Goldberg in his retirement bout in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday.

The Austrian, who comes up against CM Punk in his next defence next month, has never faced Cena before but back in February, before Cena's historic title triumph, he expressed his interest in mixing it up as he praised the leader of the C-Nation.
“It’s the last chance to get in the ring with him, so if that ever becomes a possibility, I would definitely take that," Gunther told the Daily Mail.
"John Cena is obviously one of the wrestlers, you can put him onto Mount Rushmore.
“If I get the chance I would definitely like to do that. Let’s see how it plays out. Maybe I can end up as his last chance to win a championship at some point in that year, and I can be the one that crushes all those dreams. That would be very enjoyable."

Cena and Gunther are both heels at present and so if they do square off in his swansong, it would suggest that one - most likely the former - would turn to the good side and be the beloved wrestler fans have loved for his last bout.
Cena is still advertised for appearances at the Clash in Paris event as well as Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia before he calls it a day for good.
