John Cena’s return to the WWE has fans feeling nostalgic for the ever-popular star and some fans are now noticing a particular habit he’s had during his entrance.

The 16-time world champion returned to Monday Night Raw along the road to WrestleMania.

While he’s had his tough moments getting on the good side of the WWE fans, there’s no doubt he’s one of the most popular superstars of all time.

He’s also one of the most likeable guys in the company’s history with a recent compilation of his entrances further proving that fact.

A video posted by the official WWE Twitter account showed some recent interactions between the former WWE champion and a cameraman by the name of Stu.

Presumably, Stu is the man behind the cam as wrestlers make their entrance in front of thousands in an arena.

And presumably, Stu and Cena have grown quite close over the years.

Breaking the fourth wall a little bit, many times over the years Cena has conversed with the operator behind the camera while live on television.

Throughout his entrances, the legendary wrestler can be seen interacting with Stu and paying him plenty of wholesome compliments along the way.

At one point during a WrestleMania entrance, Cena tells Stu: “It wouldn’t be WrestleMania without you.”

You love to see it.

One entrance sees the Hollywood star give Stu a big-ol’ high-five, almost messing up the cameraman’s balance.

And then the very next day Cena notices that the operator is now holding a steady cam because he ‘almost broke’ his hand.

As big a star as Cena is it’s awesome to see him have a great relationship with those who make the magic happen behind the scenes.

And fans were in love with their friendship.

One fan wrote: This is adorable. Cena seems like a sweetheart.”

Another quipped: “Still a better love story than Twilight.”

A third added: “Can’t wait for Cena and Stu to become tag team champions.”

The 45-year-old was challenged to a WrestleMania match by United States champion Austin Theory.

Cena initially declined but after some words back and forth, the future Hall of Famer eventually accepted the challenge.

So the stage is now set, it’ll be John Cena returning to the WrestleMania stage against Austin Theory for the United States championship.
