While deadline day has been surrounding the news, Manchester United have been preparing to face Leicester City in the Premier League.

Today, known as "Deadline Day" Manchester United fans have seen the club announce the signing of Brazilian winger Antony on a five year contract.

The deal could also be extended to 2028, with a clause containing an additional year added within the contract.

United have also announced the signing of goalkeeper Martin Dubravka on loan from Newcastle United for a loan fee of £2 million with an option to purchase the player also included.

This purchase options becomes an obligation if Dubravka players a certain significant percentage of the side's Premier League fixtures.

Unfortunately, neither player will be able to feature against Leicester as they were not signed before this game week's registration cut off - however both will be available to face Arsenal baring any usual problems such as injuries.

During his press conference, the Dutchman also confirmed the status of Victor Lindelof and Anthony Martial.

“Victor Lindelof is training with the team," Ten Hag revealed.
