Manchester United face Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon, with the officials for the game confirmed ahead of the fixture.

Erik ten Hag's side will be looking to get another win over top six opposition this season. Despite their loss to Manchester City, his team have taken three points from Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.

A win could also see The Reds leapfrog Graham Potter's side in the table, which would see them join the top four for the first time this season.

Ahead of the encounter, we look at the confirmed match officials for the Stamford Bridge clash:

After taking charge of the embarrassing 4-0 defeat against Brentford earlier in the season, Stuart Attwell will be officiating his second Manchester United game of the season on Saturday.

The last time Attwell refereed a Chelsea game, Kalidou Koulibaly was shown a red card in a 3-0 loss against Leeds United.

Match assistants

Darren Cann and Harry Lennard will be flanking the 40-year-old, the pair have helped officiate over 450 top flight games in England.

Fourth official

In between Erik ten Hag and Graham Potter will be Michael Salisbury, however, it's unlikely that the two managers will have that feisty spark between them on the touchline.

“I think it was great what he did at Brighton, he really deserved the transfer to a club like Chelsea with higher expectations,” Ten Hag said about the Chelsea boss.

“I wanted to face the best managers and I am looking forward to seeing him again.”

Despite losing out to the manager at Brighton before his move to London, Ten Hag is prepared to get the victory for United.

Video assistant referees (VAR)

At Stockley Park, Michael Oliver will be manning the VAR, while Richard West will be his assistant.

After decisions in recent weeks, United fans won't be holding their breath if any decisions go to Oliver's decision.

A clear penalty against Jadon Sancho and another against Cristiano Ronaldo were denied against Newcastle last week.
