Jannik Sinner has cost Carlos Alcaraz an eye-watering amount of money in their last two meetings.
On Sunday, the two best players in men's tennis faced off inside the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy as the ATP Tour Finals came to a close.
Defending champion Sinner came out victorious as he produced a stunning display to win 7-6 (7-4), 7-5.
However, despite losing out to the Italian, Alcaraz received a special trophy earlier in the week as he confirmed his status as the Year-End No.1.

Both Sinner and Alcaraz have enjoyed stellar seasons, with the Italian winning the Australian Open and Wimbledon.
Meanwhile, Spaniard Alcaraz took home the French Open title and the US Open.
The pair's last two meetings came at the ATP Tour Finals and the Six Kings Slam, with Sinner winning both.

As a result, Alcaraz was denied prize money totalling more than $6 million.
Alcaraz took home $1.5 million for taking part in the Six Kings Slam in Saudi Arabia, with Sinner earning a total of $6 million after the winner was handed an extra $4.5 million.
During the ATP Tour Finals, Sinner won a cool $5.071 million after going the whole tournament without losing.
Meanwhile, Alcaraz took home $2.704 million. In total, Sinner has denied Alcaraz $6.867 million of prize money in their last two clashes.

Speaking after the match on Sunday, Alcaraz was full of praise for his rival.
He said: "It is a great year for Jannik and now time to rest. I hope you are going to be ready for next year because I will be ready. Hopefully I will play more finals against you."
Meanwhile, Sinner labelled Alcaraz as an inspiration.
The Italian said: "You are definitely a player I look up to, a lot of motivation. I hope to see you again next year with great battles ahead of us.

"It was a close match-up. [Alcaraz had] set point in the first set and I'm happy with how I handed the situation. It means the world to me. Playing against Carlos, you have to play your best."
