Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce has to follow a set of ‘three non-negotiable rules’ in his relationship with singer Taylor Swift.
Kelce, 35 and Swift, 35, have been dating since the summer of 2023 and are regularly pictured together.
The pair are huge successes in their own right, with Swift currently one of the most popular performers on the planet, while Kelce is part of the formidable Chiefs side, which narrowly missed out on the Super Bowl when they were beaten 40-22 against the Philadelphia Eagles on February 9.

Aside from their respective talents, their relationship has become a huge talking point for the media and fans of the couple.
As per the Life and Style Magazine, via MSN, Swift reportedly has a few ‘rules’ for how Kelce can keep in touch with her and who the football player can hang out with in his spare time.
“They’ll be doing lots of texting and calling, too, but Taylor likes to see Travis in real time,” a source said. “She likes to know where he is and who he’s with. It’s not that she doesn’t trust him; she just wants to feel connected.”
“Taylor loves Travis’ energy and spontaneity, but she doesn’t want him wasted at the bar with pals. He can celebrate his wins in style with her and their friends,” the source added.
Given the fact Kelce is a top-level athlete, it is unlikely that much of his time is spent in bars. He even co-hosts the hugely popular 'New Heights' podcast alongside his brother Jason, who is a former NFL star, in his spare time.
And the third ‘rule’ is arguably the most controversial of all. The source claimed that both had agreed to avoid being photographed alongside the opposite gender to avoid speculation.
“Taylor’s been in this biz long enough to know what comes with being in the spotlight,” they added.
It must be noted that the supposed rules have not been confirmed by Swift or Kelce.
The Chiefs star recently opened up about his relationship when he appeared on the Stephen A. Smith Show.
“I’m enjoying all aspects of life," said Kelce. "Me and Taylor are happy and I couldn’t be happier to enjoy that confidence off the field and all the support I could ever ask for at the stadium.
“I think personally, the beauty of being in a very strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to come in and focus on your craft, focus on being the best version of you.
“I think I’m as focused as I’ve ever been on my job and being the best player that I could possibly be week in, week out for this team."
