Cheltenham jockey Tom Bellamy has responded after his mum went viral for an interview hoping his victory would help him get a girlfriend.
Bellamy stunned punters at the festival on Thursday, as he won the Mares' Novices' Hurdle despite being tipped as a 40/1 outsider before the race.
The 31-year-old was riding White Noise as he claimed the historic victory, however, it was his mother who grabbed most of the headlines in bizarre fashion.
Following the race, ITV Racing's Matt Chapman spoke to Sue Bellamy reacted to her son's achievement against the odds.

"What dreams are made of, it's just amazing, she began.
"A big price, great for the yard, the lads, lasses, everybody - and the mother who has to put up with him on the way home when things have gone badly."
However, it was her response when asked what the result might mean he achieves going forward that caught everyone by surprise.
She answered: "Girlfriend, maybe. Anybody out there, he’s a nice lad."

Tom Bellamy issues hilarious response to mum's viral interview
The clip was quickly shared around social media, and ahead of the iconic Gold Cup on Friday the jockey issued a hilarious response.
Bellamy shared a short video which was aired during Friday's Cheltenham coverage on ITV, essentially pitching himself as an eligible bachelor for any women watching.
"My name's Tom Bellamy. Cheltenham Festival-winning jockey, My hobbies involve riding horses regularly," he began.
"I play the odd game of golf, I enjoy watching sport, cricket mainly.
"I'm an all-round good guy and in the words of my mother, a nice lad, six foot, thirty one, what a catch!
"What's not to like?"

Speaking more seriously immediately after his win, Bellamy was in disbelief at his and White Noise's performance.
"I've waited my whole life for this day," he said.
"I genuinely am speechless, I cannot believe it. Delighted for the team at home who've supported my whole career."
