Donald Trump was accused of cheating at golf by a Hollywood superstar who received a bill in response to the claims.
US president Trump is an avid golfer and recently visited Scotland for five-days which concluded with opening a brand new course in Aberdeen.
Trump cut the ribbon on the course before playing a quick round alongside his sons Eric and Donald Jr. before jetting back off to the United States.
He also owns Trump Turnberry in South Ayrshire which is home to three links courses. The historic property hosted the Open championship three times but was taken out of the rotation and has not been used since 2009.

Trump has regularly hit the greens with some of the world’s biggest celebrities, one of which claims the US president was caught cheating during their game.
Samuel L. Jackson claimed Trump ‘hooked’ a ball into a lake at Trump National before his caddy told him he’d found it.
Jackson also claimed that he received a ‘bill’ from the president over membership dues for a club he had no idea he was a member of.
He told Rhapsody Magazine: “It’s funny—last week or so, I actually got a bill from Trump National Golf Club. And I haven’t been there in four or five years, so I had my assistant call. They said it was for membership dues. And I said, ‘I’m not a member,’ and they said, ‘Yeah, you are—you have a member number.’
“Apparently he’d made me a member of one of his golf clubs, and I didn’t even know it!”
Jackson also claimed he would not be paying the membership dues which seemed to irk Trump who responded via Twitter (now X) and claimed he’d never played with the Star Wars star.
Trump wrote: “I don’t know @SamuelLJackson, to the best of my knowledge haven't played golf w/him & think he does too many TV commercials—boring. Not a fan.”
The unlikely beef continued when Jackson hit back and claimed the then presidential candidate should have bigger things to worry about.
Jackson said: “Out of all the things that need to be dealt with presidentially, he’s worried about me saying that he cheats at golf, or that he doesn’t really know me? Is that what the deal is? Wow, that’s awful.”
Donald Trump ‘caught’ cheating in Scotland
The allegations of cheating was fuelled during Trump’s trip to Scotland where footage of a caddy ‘dropping’ a ball went viral on social media.
The footage shared by X page Nuclear Golf was viewed over a million times and appears to show Trump’s caddy dropping a ball while searching for Trump’s previous shot.
