Wales host Poland today at the Cardiff City Stadium in one of their final games before the World Cup in Qatar.

Rob Page's side need a win or they will be relegated into group B of the Nations League.

They have not won any of their five fixtures and are at the bottom of the A4 league table on just one point

Wales vs Poland will be shown live on S4C and coverage will begin at 7.15PM. The game can also be streamed via the Premier Sports player.

Wales have a somewhat depleted squad, with Aaron Ramsey, Joe Allen, Ben Davies and Harry Wilson not available through injury while Ethan Ampadu is suspended.
