Pep Guardiola is a man who knows what he wants and more to the point what he doesn't want. The Manchester City manager is set to let a talented player leave this summer.
Things didn't go according to plan last season for Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. The Spaniard isn't used to struggling as much as he did in his first term in England.
In his first season as Barcelona manager he got rid of Ronaldinho and Deco and casually went on to win the treble, he's a manager who really know what he likes in his squad.

His first year at Bayern Munich wasn't quite as drastic or quite as successful but he still won the league every season he was in the Bundesliga.
So after a 'poor' start to his time with City it's no surprise he's already got rid of quite a few players this summer and he's set to get rid of another.
According to reports, via BBC Sport, City have accepted a £25 million move for striker Kelechi Iheanacho from Leicester City and the player and new club have started talks.

The 20 year-old Nigerian has scored 21 goals in 64 games for City but despite getting some game time last season he was behind Nolito when Sergio Aguero was suspended for four games.
With Gabriel Jesus having been added to the team in January and Bernardo Silva already joined this summer it looks like the youngsters opportunities would be even fewer next season.
Silva's signing has no doubt hastened the striker's departure. Image: PA

Guardiola has already let Enes Unal, Aaron Mooy, Pablo Zabaleta, Gael Clichy, Willy Caballero, Jesus Navas and Bacary Sagna go this summer.
Nolito and all the players who were out on loan last term are expected to follow suit soon enough.
Guardiola will be looking to strengthen his squad with quality and hope to have a better run at the Premier League title this summer.
Iheanacho meanwhile will be linking up with Jamie Vardy and co!
