Cesc Fabregas named one Arsenal star and THREE Manchester City players in his dream six-a-side team.

Fabregas, who enjoyed a glittering career in the Premier League with both Arsenal and Chelsea, was tasked with picking his dream six-a-side team - and he didn't disappoint.

The two-time Premier League winner included four stars from England's top flight and one player each from Spain's La Liga and France's Ligue 1.

He opted for Real Madrid goalkeeper and former Chelsea teammate Thibaut Courtois between the sticks. They spent four seasons together at Stamford Bridge, winning two league titles.

Just one player makes up the defence of his six-a-side team as he selected Kyle Walker, who has been one of the most consistent right-backs in the modern Premier League era.

On the Blues defender, he said: "You need to have a good defender in there."

The Spaniard then selected a star-studded three-man midfield - featuring players who are technically extremely gifted.

He began with Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard before choosing Man City duo Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva. Kylian Mbappe got the nod up front.

Fabregas added: "It's all about technique in my team... and then to finish off the chances I'm going to go with Mbappe."

Odegaard, Foden and Silva are among the best midfielders in the league following their exploits for Arsenal and Man City respectively.

Last season, Odegaard was pivotal for Arsenal and he's continued to deliver this campaign, helping his side mount a title charge.

In terms of goals, Foden is enjoying the best season of his career, having bagged an impressive 22 goals in all competitions. As for Silva, he's performing wonders and is a crucial player under Pep Guardiola's system.

Mbappe, meanwhile, has a staggering 41 goals to his name this season and is on course to enjoy the most prolific campaign of his career.
