Real Madrid have reportedly set an asking price for midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

Madrid enjoyed a stellar night at the Bernabeu on Wednesday night as they took on Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League.

A stunning hat-trick by Federico Valverde sealed a convincing 3-0 win over Pep Guardiola's men.

Camavinga started on the bench before coming on in the 70th minute to replace Arda Guler.

The Frenchman has been linked with a move away from Los Blancos in recent months and it has now been claimed that an asking price has been set.

According to Spanish news outlet MARCA, journalist Matteo Moretto stated that Madrid will be looking to bring in around £50 million for Camavinga.

He said: "He is not a non-transferable footballer, there are already Premier clubs waiting for him.

"At the moment Real Madrid does not set a price, but it is clear that they do not want to go below 50 million."

Camavinga first joined Madrid back in the summer of 2021 from French side Rennes in a deal worth a reported fee of £34.4 million.

Since then, the 23-year-old has made 211 appearances across all competitions for Madrid, scoring six goals.

He has also lifted two La Liga titles and two Champions Leagues among other trophies.

In recent months, Camavinga has been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal.

Camavinga has found his minutes limited in recent months, with the likes of Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni getting the nod ahead of him.

Speaking on Wednesday night, Arbeloa said of Valverde: "It doesn't matter where you put him, for me he's the Juanito of the 21st century, he's the benchmark, everything a Real Madrid player should be is Fede Valverde.

"We knew very well how City plays, how Pep plays, what he always looks for."

He added: "We closed down lines of space, of passes, they look for you to jump and look for the back of you but we knew that if we waited for them, turned and looked for the back of them we could hurt them."
