Liverpool may have won their first two Premier League fixtures, but they have looked shaky at the back.
The Reds beat Bournemouth in their opening game of the season, but looked vulnerable as they conceded two Antoine Semenyo goals.
It was more of the same against the ten men of Newcastle.
Arne Slot’s side gave away a two-goal lead but managed to steal all three points at the death after 16-year-old Rio Ngumoha scored a late winner.

Liverpool have a star-studded defence, with Premier League legend Virgil van Dijk and French international Ibrahima Konate linking up at centre-back.
However, things may not be as secure as they seem.

At 34 years old, Van Dijk is entering the twilight of his career, while his counterpart has reportedly had his head turned by rumours of a potential move to Real Madrid.

Crystal Palace and England defender Marc Guehi could be the answer.
The Palace captain helped his side win the FA Cup last term and has hardly put a foot wrong since arriving from Chelsea in the summer of 2021.
His performances have seen him be linked with a move to Anfield, but following the departure of Eberechi Eze to Arsenal, The Eagles appear to be reluctant to sell.
However, Sami Mokbel believes The Reds could use Joe Gomez to get the deal over the line.

"Marc Guehi to Liverpool, it's back on,” he said during an appearance on 5 Live.
“Our information this morning is that Palace are interested and would probably accept a proposal from Liverpool that is in the region of £30m and Joe Gomez on loan.
"As things stand, Liverpool will flatly reject any proposal like that.
“They don't want to loan Joe Gomez, they may be open to a permanent for Joe Gomez but certainly not a loan. There is something to watch there in that space."

Gomez made just 17 appearances for the Premier League champions last term as he struggled with injury.
The defender joined Liverpool in 2015 and has 15 England caps to his name.
Crystal Palace are yet to win a game this season after recording draws against Chelsea and Nottingham Forest in their opening two fixtures.
