Jack Grealish is wanted by a Premier League club in a shock loan deal despite Manchester City slashing his asking price.
Grealish's future appears to lie away from the Etihad, with the star forward expected to be left out of Manchester City's squad for this month's Club World Cup.
He made 32 appearances across all competitions last season as Pep Guardiola suggested the 29-year-old may have to leave Man City after he was omitted from the squad for their win over Fulham on the final day of the 2024/25 season.

"Of course Jack has to play. He's an unbelievable player that has to play football every three days. It didn't happen this season and last season either," said Guardiola.
"He needs to do it. With us or another place. It's a question for Jack, his agent and the club."

Grealish is reportedly attracting interest from Europe, including Serie A champions Napoli, who are thought to be eyeing him up as they close in on the signing of Kevin De Bruyne.

His situation has also alerted clubs in the Premier League as Man City have named their price for the player that cost them £100 million in the summer of 2021.
According to Alan Nixon, Newcastle United are keen on taking Grealish this summer and are exploring a loan deal.
Newcastle are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of next season, which will include Champions League football.

Of course, Grealish is no stranger to the Champions League, having helped the Blues win the competition in their treble-winning campaign in 2023.
He has played 157 games for Man City, but it appears unlikely he'll add to his tally at the club, with a move away seemingly on the cards.
Newcastle aren't the only top flight English side after Grealish as Everton, Tottenham and Aston Villa are also thought to be interested in acquiring his services.
