Cole Palmer's friend has shared a bombshell post regarding a reported transfer to Manchester United.
Palmer's future has been clouded by uncertainty after he was linked with a move away from Chelsea.
A report from The Guardian emerged claiming the 23-year-old is 'homesick' and 'pondering a return to Manchester' in the summer of 2026, with Man United a likely destination than his former club Manchester City.
Palmer came through the ranks at Man City before breaking into the first-team. But he was unable to nail down a spot under Pep Guardiola, who sanctioned his transfer to Chelsea in the summer of 2023 for £40 million.
Even though he spent his youth career at Man City's academy, Palmer is a Man United fan, having admitted that he relishes going to Old Trafford as he 'used to go and watch matches' there as a child.

A move to Man United has been mooted and it appears his pal is trying to engineer a stunning switch.
The England international enjoyed some down time as he jetted out to Dubai, where he linked up with Manchester rapper Tunde, who posted an interesting message amid reports linking the star player with a transfer to the Red Devils.
Palmer posted a series of images on Instagram, including a picture with Tunde, who reshared the post on his own account, accompanied with the caption: "1 day I will get CP to UTD back home where he belongs."
He added: "Go ask him who his favourite team is."

He's enjoyed a prolific spell in London, scoring 52 goals across all competitions, including an impressive 25 goals in his debut season at the club.
Despite his goals, Palmer is reportedly unsettled in the English capital and is open to a transfer to Man United.
Given the length of his existing deal, he would likely command a huge transfer fee in excess of what Chelsea paid to acquire his services from Man City.
